Model validation
The main goal of this tool is to avoid references or rules breaking during design time, as well as to prevent problems when exporting the model directly to a PostgreSQL server.
Model fix tool
Sometimes, during the loading of a database model file, an error message like the image below can be raised by pgModeler.
Operations history
The operation history widget registers all operations done over the objects by detailing the object type, name, and the operation executed (see image below).
Model restoration
In case of unexpected crashes or inappropriate exits (e.g., killing the application process or even improperly shutting down the system), pgModeler saves a temporary model file that contains almost all the modifications done before stopping to work.
Model changelog
To make the partial diff as user-friendly as possible, a minimalist changelog was implemented in the database model.

The object-swapping tool is mostly used to solve some conflicts that the validation tool can't.
